The pelvic floor is much more than a set of muscles, it’s a vital part of your body’s foundation. A strong, well-functioning pelvic floor:
- Supports your bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs
- Contributes to continence and bowel control
- Provides core stability and spinal support
- Plays a role in sexual health and function
- Assists in managing pressure during lifting, coughing, or exercise

Loving your pelvic floor means understanding it, caring for it, and training it properly.

Whether you are pregnant, recovering postpartum, or navigating menopause, your pelvic floor deserves attention. It’s time to start showing it some love!

Learning to activate your pelvic floor is easier when you use the right cues.

Try this:
✨️ Imagine stopping the flow of urine midstream – a gentle lift in your pelvic floor.
✨️ Think of drawing your pelvic organs up and in, like lifting a small elevator inside your pelvis.
✨️ Squeeze like you’re holding in a wee or wind, but without gripping your glutes or holding your breath.
✨️Lift, hold 3–5 seconds, then fully relax – feel the muscles release completely.

💡Tip: Focus on both the lift and the release — relaxation is just as important as contraction.
With practice, you’ll gain better control, stability, and pelvic health
