~Wednesdays – 6:00 pm Reformer with Nicole

~Fridays – 5:30 am Reformer with Jess (starting 19th)

~Sundays – 9:00 am Mat Pilates with Simone

~Sunday Reformer times – 7:00 am & 8:00 am

We made the most of the long weekend by exploring the beautiful hikes at Girraween and finishing with a little reset at in Tamborine — both we highly recommend! 🌿✨

Getting out in nature was the perfect reminder of how good it feels to slow down, move our bodies, and soak up the sunshine. With spring here and the days getting longer, there are so many more opportunities to enjoy the outdoors and prioritise your wellbeing.

Yoga is so much more than stretching or moving your body. While the physical practice helps us get stronger and more mobile, the true gift of yoga is what it does for our mind and nervous system.

In a world where weeks seem to fly by and our schedules are packed with endless to-do lists, yoga gives us the chance to pause. To breathe. To calm the constant noise and simply be.

These moments of stillness and presence are powerful for our mental health, helping to reduce stress, improve sleep, and restore balance in both body and mind.

Happy 1st Day of August!

I was chatting with a business coach the other day, and she asked a interesting question:

✨ “If you continue on the same trajectory you’re currently on, will it take you where you want to be in 3 years?”

It’s such a simple question, but thought provoking as it can be applied to many areas of our life from business to health, relationships, and lifestyle.

The question forces us to consider where we are and where the path we are on currently is headed. Maybe it is leading to where we want to go or maybe not.

Sometimes, the gap between where we are and where we want to be can feel big—but if our direction doesn’t shift, that gap only gets wider with time.

The good news is small, intentional shifts can completely change our trajectory. Those small choices and changes compound with time.

Just something to reflect on. 💭
