✨ Monday Morning Check-In ✨
Take a moment to check in with yourself this morning.
Mondays can be a lot.... I know.
For some, it’s the first day back to school after holidays. The kids didn’t want to get out of bed.
For others, it’s slipping the mask back on to show up somewhere your heart doesn’t really want to be.
If your Monday hasn’t started the way you hoped, just pause.
Take three slow, conscious breaths.
Notice how your body feels.
Are you running on autopilot, disconnected? A little overwhelmed?
If so, let's take five minutes for your nervous system?
To soften and reconnect. To return to now.
💛 Maybe that looks like sitting quietly, breathing deeply, and holding something you're grateful for in your heart. Feeling that love spread out through your body
☀️ Maybe it’s stepping outside to feel the sun on your skin and feet on the earth
🤍 Or curling into child’s pose to slow your breath and calm your mind.
There are so many simple ways to support your system and meet yourself gently in the moment.
And if your feeling like, “I don’t have five minutes”—
Then this is exactly when you need it most.
You are so worthy of that time.
You deserve to start your day with intention, not just racing head first into your to-do lists.
Breath, soften your shoulders, hit the reset button.
