Terrye Mj was lovely and put me at ease straight away. She explained to me the energetic energy of the previous owners, which I could verify from stories from the neighbours. After she spent some time cleansing my home she gave me suggestions of how I can continue to create a positive energy in my home. It’s been almost a year since she cleansed our home and our whole family has not experienced the awful nightmares for which we are very grateful. Once I left post-it-notes all over my friends house. I left them in her jean pockets, in her work jacket, in her drawers, in her fridge... to brighten her days as she discovered them. Letting her know she was valued in the world.

Spirit Reaching out from beyond to me here..
Today marks my mums first earth BirthDay since she passed, and is a hard day. Lots of tears. Even though I still am able to see her, talk with her, I grieve lost opportunities that will never be.

So, I'm finding my way through that back to my heart.

I had not been using my phone though as I passed it a few times I noticed it was open to this screen below, with the black background and white text. I just ignored it.

When I picked it up, I was blown away... by all the steps it took for spirit to dig this out of my phone, I wrote this year's ago. I don't know where to find this on my phone. But my team did.

I just smiled, cried some more, then said Thank you, I love you too.
