Cygnet Yoga Studio wishes you a wonderful festive season and start to the new year!

I want to thank all of you who have come to the classes - In Studio and Online - and shown your dedication to a practice that enlivens us all. I hope you carry on the good work over the break.

Remember - our practice should be a joy, not a chore. And it's a fine way to delay doing the chores!!! 😁

The studio will be closed from Friday 20th December.
There will be workshops running on the 18th, 19th, 25th and 26th January.

The early morning class has changed to...well...a little less early!

The Developing level class now starts at 7.15am and will finish at 8.45am sharp!

The Developing classes are for those with at least 6 months experience and practice inversions, so not for complete beginners.
