I was sleep-deprived, barely keeping up with mum life. The idea of strict meal plans and grueling workouts? No chance. But focusing on one habit at a time? That, I could handle.
Here’s how I rebuilt my energy, confidence, and strength, step by step:
✨ Daily wholefood supplements -I took these consistently for 2 years before changing anything else. A literal life-saver.
✨ Daily exercise -I started with small 15min workout sessions which felt achievable for me.
✨ A 10-Day Detox program -I’ve now done a version of this every month for the last year.
✨ Strength training -the missing piece I finally added in 3 months ago.
The result? The ‘after’ photo you see (taken 2 years apart) isn’t from a quick fix. It’s from small, sustainable shifts that completely transformed my body and mind.
