Can I just take a moment to appreciate all the grooms who are getting involved in wedding planning? 🙌

This week alone I’ve had FIVE grooms reach out to lock me in as their celebrant and honestly, it makes my heart so happy!

Seeing couples plan their big day together is exactly what it’s all about. 💍

So here’s to the grooms sending emails, booking vendors, and being just as excited about saying ‘I do’ as their brides. You legends make my job even more special.

I have gained so many new followers recently, so I’d like to take a minute to reintroduce myself. 😊

I’m Simone!

I’m a former cattle station cook & nanny turned mum, wife, funeral director, and life celebrant. 🥰

When I’m not writing wedding ceremonies or supporting grieving families, you’ll usually find me in the garden, or packing a picnic and heading out for a drive down a quiet back road to unwind. One of my favourite places to escape is the beautiful Bunya Mountains, where a good bushwalk helps me slow down and feel grounded.

When time allows, I love watching true crime documentaries, Better Homes & Gardens, River Cottage Australia and Landline.

My friends would describe me an old soul and say I’m generous with my time and energy, deeply connected to my community, and above all, a dedicated mother and wife.

So, if you’re looking for an authentic, well-spoken and passionate celebrant, I’d love to meet you. 🤍
