Another Speech and Drama Eisteddfod done and dusted! But what a fabulous group of students I had the absolute privilege of working with!
I had tears in my eyes so often as I watched each student give their all. They heard the feedback from the adjudicator and it was so obvious how much they grew in their presentation skills and confidence over the 2 days.
I saw every student conquer their fear of being up on stage and their elation at completion. I saw every one of my students congratulating and supporting each other through the whole presentation.
I feel like the luckiest performing arts teacher in the world to have the opportunity to work with these beautiful people!

Is your young person struggling with emotional regulation, impulse control, emotional self-awareness, relational connectedness, or anxiety? Art therapy provides a creative and supportive space for students to explore their emotions and build confidence.

Michelle, our registered art therapist and experienced teacher, is available every Monday in Chinchilla and every Friday in Pittsworth for individual and small group sessions in schools and at our office—for both private and NDIS.
