It's been a while since i did free readings, life gets so busy and you get less and less time to yourself that sometimes you just need to take a step back and listen to your inner thoughts and feelings.

Oh boy do i believe this. Yesterday i put up the angel card post before i even got out of bed, then yesterday afternoon i made chicken, veggie and barley soup and had two bowls for dinner.

Then last night i kept waking up not being able to breathe properly and then this morning i woke up with razor blades in my throat, runny nose and i feel like im having temps.

If i had left the post till this morning i would have given it a miss and stayed in bed, but im glad i did the post up as i felt like a lot of my followers really needed these messages from angels and im glad i was able to do them while sitting over another big bowl of chicken soup.

Next week i may also include at random some body intuition i pick up when doing my readings. I had a few come through today but i like to make sure that when i get these that it is for the follower and not my own body.
