Cancellation policy

-We would appreciate that all appointments requiring cancellation or rescheduling are done so with 24 hours’ notice so that the appointment maybe re-filled.

-Appointments that are missed without notice (No call, No show) will result in a $40 Fail to keep appointment fee.
