Girls Getaway👭🫶🏼

After working hard during 2022 to build her independence and meet her NDIS goals, Tanny ventured on an STA to explore areas & activities in the Toowoomba region. Tanny with her support worker Zoe explored and participated in many new experiences 🤸‍♂️

An Evolve favourite this time of year, is giving back to our community🫶🏼🎄

Thank you to everyone who generously donated to our Christmas Hamper Appeal this year. We were able to donate over $1000 worth of food and vouchers to Dalby Family Support.

Christmas is a joyous time of year full of celebration, special treats and joy. Sadly, this is not the case for everyone in our community and Evolve Disability Services would like to make this Christmas a better one by spreading a little festive cheer to those less fortunate, giving back to our community.
We invite you to be part of our 2022 Happy Christmas Hamper Appeal🎄
Please join us in donating non-perishable food items, grocery gift cards (redeemable at local food stores) and Christmas accessories.
We will use the donated items to create Happy Christmas Hampers full of festive goodies which will be hand delivered before Christmas Day to people we know are most in need, and to our friends at the Dalby Family Support Centre for them to distribute across our community.
Donations can be delivered to our Evolve Disability Services office - 91 Nicholson Street, Dalby (9am to 3pm – Monday to Friday). Donations to be made by Thursday 15th December 2022.

Our monthly Friday lunch last week was spent celebrating both Gayley & Lara!!💐🎈We enjoyed a delicious meal from the and cake to honour each milestone🍰 These beautiful ladies have been an enormous part of the Evolve family and it’s establishment, we hope you had a magnificent day🫶🦋
