Hey hey!! Well, here we are!! This has been in the works for 12 months or so now but it's time to bite the bullet and make a go of this little venture 😬!! For those of you who have been my crash test dummies, thank you, I'm glad you have all survived mostly unscathed. For those of you who don't know, along with being a PT, I have also just completed my diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy and am officially taking on clients! YAY!! If you don't know me, hi 👋 my name is Renee, I have a passion for strength training and am also fascinated with the form and function of the human body. How muscles work, how the body moves, how the body recovers, why things hurt, all the fun stuff!
