What is Thunderstorm Asthma?
It’s a powerful mix of airborne pollen, humidity, and storm activity. When rain hits pollen grains, they break into tiny particles that can travel deep into your lungs—triggering severe asthma symptoms.

Who’s at risk?
🌼 People with springtime hay fever (allergic rhinitis)
😮‍💨 People with asthma—especially if not using a preventer
