Support Workers – Bright Futures QLD (NDIS)

Location: Dalby, QLD
Employment Type: Casual/Part-Time

Bright Futures QLD is an NDIS-registered provider delivering high-quality support services across the Western Downs. Due to continued growth, we are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team.

Key responsibilities:
• Provide community access, in-home support, and personal care
• Promote independence and meaningful daily routines
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, and coordinators

Mandatory requirements:
• Blue Card / Yellow Card
• Cert III in individual support or enrolled (will consider willing to obtain)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s licence
• Availability for weekend, early morning and afternoon shifts

Hi, I’m Lara! I’ve recently joined the Bright Futures team in September and am excited to contribute to this amazing company.

I’ve spent years working in community services, including as the Get Set for Work Coordinator at Downs Industry Schools Co-Op (DISCO), supporting disengaged youth to reach their goals. Most recently, I worked as a Homeless Crisis Support Worker with St Vincent’s de Paul across Dalby, Tara, and Chinchilla.

I have a Diploma in Community Services, a Certificate III in Community Services, and am a trained LOVEBITES facilitator (domestic and family violence).

I joined the Bright Futures team because I am passionate about everyone having the opportunity to live their best life, participants and families. ✨✨

🐾 🧼 After a fun walk in the sunshine, our amazing support worker Lara and Andrew made sure the pup got the full spa treatment 🐶✨ Nothing like a good wash and some extra cuddles to finish the day!

Today, we remember Daniel - honouring his life and the enduring legacy he left to protect children across Australia.

Day for Daniel is a moment to pause, reflect, and keep his message alive - raising awareness, starting conversations, and helping children learn to Recognise, React and Report unsafe situations.
