✨️ Last day of Support Services for 2025!
Bright Futures QLD caught up with other providers to attend a fun filled morning for our last day of service for the year attending 10 pin bowling and having some yummy lunch.

Thanks to MPH Support Services and JMA Support Services for a fun day bowling in Toowoomba! We appreciate the invite!

🌳 Respite 🌳

Gregory accompanied Andrew to Brisbane last week to attend Nurturing Brain Potential with Dr Gen in Brisbane and have a little relaxation recharge in the process!

They saw some sites, had some great meals and were even able to get some sneaky Christmas shopping done 🛍

It was a wonderful opportunity for Andrew to enjoy a change of scenery, unwind, and build confidence in new environments. The perfect mix of learning, exploring, and recharging. We love seeing our participants experience meaningful moments like this, creating memories, growing, and having fun along the way. 💙✨

Support Workers – Bright Futures QLD (NDIS)

Location: Dalby, QLD
Employment Type: Casual/Part-Time

Bright Futures QLD is an NDIS-registered provider delivering high-quality support services across the Western Downs. Due to continued growth, we are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team.

Key responsibilities:
• Provide community access, in-home support, and personal care
• Promote independence and meaningful daily routines
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, and coordinators

Mandatory requirements:
• Blue Card / Yellow Card
• Cert III in individual support or enrolled (will consider willing to obtain)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s licence
• Availability for weekend, early morning and afternoon shifts

• Flexible scheduling
• Ongoing training
• Opportunities for career progression within the organisation
