Joan Hoggan is the founder of New Beginnings and offers over 27 years experience in the industry. Joan has spent many years managing, teaching and treating clients in professional day spas and is a Reiki Master. Joan is continually expanding her knowledge and has a true passion for the giving to others. It’s through this strong foundation coupled with our professional home based business structure that enables us to offer high quality treatments at competitive prices.
