I like to get my Viitamin A from foods. In this case some liver. 😋

HINT Liver isnt so strong tasting if you soak it in milk for awhile before frying. In this case I didn't soak as it is surrounded by many nourishing ingredients.

In the paper today: I feel sorry for these very wealthy people who have the ability to pay for the ability to not be so ignorant. They must have such bad complexes about body confidence and some confidently state they did it through pilates and nutrition. I guarantee Pilates instructors would be horrified to think they are associated with making someone look that skinny. Do not send girls & boys the wrong message.
Myself as a HIIT fitness coach would be worried to have one of these people in my class because seriously seeing Oprah walk up those stairs, I would be scared sh*tless she was going to break a hip, arm, leg or anything else that has no muscle on the bone.
My opinion they are not attractive. Along with these want to be skinny people giving themselves these life destroying skinny drugs Im guessing they are probably doing botox and fillers to fill out their scrawny faces. Do not send girls & boys the wrong message.
So unless you can afford all 3, its pretty obvious when you see someone after a few months on this you do a doubletake when you see their face. Do not send girls & boys the wrong message.

Get your genes tested. Find out what isnt working synergistically with your other genes.✅️✅️✅️

Oprah says its an obesity gene (I have not seen that one) Im guessing she believes there is no control for that other than a pharma product. WOW. Please do not follow this advice. You do not need to go backwards in your health. ❌️❌️❌️

When a property manager tells you its been cleaned before you move in. They just do not understand my clean versus their clean, especially when Ive been ENJO trained and trained half the bloody state back in the day. If only it worked on govt bacteria. 🫣
Try not to disrupt your genes by spraying chemical in a confined space like a toilet. If you have a polymorphism in your gene PON1 , you may suffer.

DALWALLINU – WHO’S READY TO MOVE?! 💪🔥

After a lovely little face vs spider incident and 4 days in hospital (standard Dalwallinu welcome apparently 😅)… I am officially BACK and READY!

And I would LOVE to start my fitness classes at our local gym 🏋️‍♀️

Now before anyone says it…

“Yes but the gym’s small…”

Let me just say this — you have NO idea what I’m capable of 😉
Energy, structure and smart programming beat square metres every time.

Here’s the exciting part 👇

✅ You do NOT need a gym membership to attend classes
✅ $15 per class
✅ I cover the gym fee back to the Shire

The Shire does require private personal training clients to hold a current gym membership.
The no-membership arrangement applies to group fitness classes only.

This is proper community fitness.

I run HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) — so yes, I’ll get your heart rate up 🔥
But I also make sure you recover.
You are in control.
You are NOT competing with anyone.
You train at YOUR level.

Age is not a barrier. I had the most incredible group of male and female participants in my last town. I will challenge anyone when it comes to strong abs.
If you think you can move… you can train.
