rised members of staff. To properly assess, diagnose, treat and be proactive in your health care needs, we require you to provide us with your personal details and a full medical history. You can request a copy of our privacy policy, which includes information about the collection, use and disclosure of your health information. Access your own Health Records
• Access to your own health records can be initiated by signing up to e-health, via ‘mygov’ website.
• By requesting a summary in Person
• A signed request (available from reception)
Need your test results? We have 3 convenient ways you can do this
• You can book an appointment to speak to your Doctor, (If just for results appointment will be bulk billed).
• If the doctor has reviewed your results and not needing to discuss with you, you may collect a copy from reception.
• Due to privacy concerns, we do not encourage results to be given out over the phone or social media.
• If your results are abnormal, you will be contacted on the telephone at least twice. On failing that, reception will send a letter advising you of the need to see your Doctor to discuss your results. Reminder Policy

New Needle-free flu vaccine for WA children for the 2026 season

New nasal spray vaccine aims to make flu protection easier and less stressful for families.

Western Australian children aged two to under 12 will now have access to a new, needle-free flu vaccine as part of a major initiative to improve immunisation rates and reduce the impact of influenza across the state.

The vaccine, known as FluMist, is administered as a gentle nasal spray and provides the same protection against influenza A and B as traditional injectable vaccines.

Its needle-free delivery makes it particularly suitable for children with needle anxiety, helping ease concerns for both parents and caregivers.

Vaccines will be available through general practitioners, community health clinics, Aboriginal Medical Services, and pharmacies.

Influenza continues to pose a serious health risk to children in WA.

In 2025, around 25 per cent of flu notifications have been among children aged two to under 12.

More than 17,000 children have presented to emergency departments with respiratory illnesses, and over 1,300 have required hospital admission.

Despite this, only 17 per cent of children in this age group are currently vaccinated against influenza.

“Offering a needle-free option gives parents a more comfortable and convenient choice, one that we expect will significantly increase uptake and reduce pressure on our health system,” said the Minister for Health, the Hon Meredith Hammat MLA

The FluMist program aims to increase vaccination uptake, reduce community transmission, and alleviate pressure on hospitals during peak flu season.
