The intention of the grid is healing on all levels with love and self care
This grid was created with intention of healing energy to give you strength and vitality and beautiful self love and care.
The quartz heart beneath is for your beautiful light that you carry that needs to shine rather than be hidden beneath, in the times your needs are secondary. The quartz points are facing in to enhance this sense of self and your own inner power and strength. The quartz points facing out show glimpses of you putting your whole self out into the world shining your transformative energy and living your dreams.
The Mookaite is a very grounding energy it is holding you in a beautiful cocoon of mother earth allowing you to feel that deeper connection to you. The garnet is interspersed with lashings of love and friendship from your friend, but also reminding you to be your own friend too.
The petrified wood is connection to the universe and it is urging you as step further out into the world, doing some of the hopes and dreams you have for you, without guilt. The universe has your back.
The clear quartz is lighting the way and the rose quartz is to activate your higher heart in this process so you are without fear without doubt and with love always.

Feng Shui Upgrade

A Fresh, Soulful Living Space

I have been spending some time lovingly tending to my living area and it feels like a whole new energy has arrived.

Sheer curtains now gently diffuse the light, I have cleaned, rearranged and released anything that no longer serves the flow of the space.

The floors have been moon-watered and every corner cleaned with intention raising the vibration, inviting light, clarity and elevated energy.

The result? A space that feels lighter, brighter and more expansive, a home that truly supports presence, peace and creativity.

There is something magical about releasing and allowing, even in one corner of your home, it can shift not just the room, but your energy too.

Can you feel the difference from the photos ?

How do you feel in your space right now? Could it use a little soulful reset?
Start small, start slowly you dont need to rush. I often move things around then move them back yes annoying but I need to see it and feel it. Even small changes like pictures on the walls from other rooms it creates movement it is so satifying.

I was lucky enough to have a friend assist me with the curtains we spent the day listening to uplifting music, singing talking and really adding such lightness to the whole experience. Blessed to have such beautiful people in my life. Thankyou Joanne 🧡.

As the year draws to a close, there is an invitation to slow down…
to pause, breathe and reflect.

From a Feng Shui perspective, this in-between space is deeply important.
Before we welcome the new, we allow the old to soften and release with care, with awareness and with love.

This is a soulful time to:

open the windows and let the year gently breathe out

clear one space that has held a lot for you

sit with your home and feel what it needs now

offer love and gratitude to all that has carried you through

Why not give a gift to the self this Christmas and start the New year learning Reiki on the 24th of January at Zen Within Wellness Centre.

I am not only offering a level 1 workshop, I have also opened this for people who would like to do a refresher, which includes an attunement this will be at a reduced amount. Further details are in the event.

Sometimes all it takes is to remember who you are and what lies within. There are many of you I am sure who learnt Reiki many years ago, but have not used it or feel the need a re-boot.

I first learnt or re-learnt Reiki in 1997 in Geraldton and loved it so much that I continued on. I did my Level 2 whilst pregnant with my youngest child who is now 26. I was unable to return to Geraldton to do this as we were then living in Kojonup and at 6 months pregnant the drive was too much, so I found a local person in Albany who remains part of my lineage and is my Masters, Master.

I have always worked with Reiki and tried many things along the way and whilst I teach in the traditional “old school” way of Reiki, I also like to encourage people’s intuitive practice and gifts that are already apparent and hopefully uncovering more for you.

I never want to dim anyone’s light. So, if you feel called to join us on Saturday I would love to have you. With level 1 you are absolutely able to work not only on yourself but also on others and I love nothing more than seeing people thrive. I always learn so much from everyone too and look forward to being a small part of your journey.

I also offer regular Reiki Share and anyone from any Reiki practice is always welcome to attend. I will be setting a date and am contemplating the evening of the 24th or Sunday morning the 25th of January.

Kylie lives more locally to Williams and understands the need for Rural services to be available. I am hoping this is a first of many joint offerings in rural communities.
