The Grounded Empath: A Circle of Presence
A gentle, heart-led circle to explore and understand your empathic nature and reconnect with your authentic self.
Many of us move through life deeply feeling emotions, energy and the space around them. This sensitivity is a beautiful gift, yet it can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving us outwardly focused, emotionally depleted, or disconnected from our own inner knowing.
This two-hour circle is an invitation to gently return to yourself.
Together, we will explore what it means to be an empath and how to cultivate grounded presence without feeling the need to close yourself off or shut down your beautiful gift.
Through gentle teaching, embodied practices, reflection and experiential collaborative learning and exercises, you will be supported to deepen awareness of your own energy and experience what it feels like to stay connected to yourself while remaining open to the world around you.
