A big thank you to all the ladies that came to my 3 day Womens Retreat. We had a fantastic time filled with learning, laughter and enjoyment. The core message being softness is power, our true feminine power flows through openness and grace. In every moment we have the choice to empower others, the choice to be silent and the choice to speak from our heart from grace. We get to choose what we want to do. As we move past 50 it is so important to understand what is happening to our bodies and brain. This then empowers us to be our best selves, happy, healthy and thriving to live a life we love.

Today's message from my guides. The Heart

Your energetic heart is delicate. It can be filled with sorrow or filled will joy. So much emotion flows through the heart. The trick is to maintain balance. When the scale is tipped too much to one side, we have an imbalance. Too much joy and we inevitably will crash. Too much sorrow and we drown in emotion. We think we need to be happy all the time but this is a false illusion. Maintain your balance by adding more happiness to the scale if you feel sad by going to the heart and connecting to the love that the divine source has for you. Open up to the light and allow the light to fill you. Maintaining balance will strengthen your connections with people as you will not longer be thrown off balance by them.

Yesterday's message from my Guides is on losing a loved one.

Your loved one may have a month, a few days or a few hours, it does not matter. Her spirit will be returning home, she will be at peace. Her journey here has come to an end. She is not herself and you can no longer see the magnificence in her broken body. See the magnificent mother that raised a beautiful son and daughter. Let her return home. She is forever in both worlds just not in physical form. Allow the love of this magnificent woman to shine and always see her this way. Then love will conquer pain. She is transitioning to a beautiful shining angel, see her this way. Allow her to transform so she can be who she is becoming.

This is a beautiful message and is appropriate for everyone that eventually is in this situation.

I have decided to post some of the wisdom that comes through my guides. Today's is Connection.

Connection - We are all one and in our loving presence we reflect each other's deepest wounds. We feel triggered by what is said or not said. Rise above the feeling you are currently feeling. See the magnificence in the other person in-front of you instead of the your inner wounds they are reflecting. As soon as you see their magnificence, they will stop reflecting your inner wounds. True bonds will then be formed.

We had a beautiful 4 day retreat last weekend with Beverley Bryant and myself as the facilitators. Thank you to all that attended, it was an amazing retreat. It was the Mediums toolbox retreat, where we shared tips and tools to help in mediumship. Participants then got to practice their skills. This was held in the beautiful Margaret river area. What an amazing experience to wake up a be in nature every single morning.
