ADMIN ALL ROUNDER!

With our clinical team now settled, it is time to add an admin all rounder superstar to our SWTS family!

This role would suit;
- A mum looking to return to the work force that has great interpersonal skills
- Someone that is confident with computers and microsoft programs.
- Someone that is solution focused, motivated and a great problem solver
- A soul that can work independently and proactively
- Someone passionate about healthcare and wanting to contribute to making healthcare more accessible, soft and kind.

The role:
- Answering phones
- Replying to emails
- Taking payments
- Ordering stock
- Social media support
- General cleaning and tidying
- Resource development (ie: printing and laminating)
- Basic reconciling (xero)
- NDIS admin support
- Other general admin clinic support

We are a family owned and operated business and know the importance of family so will offer flexibility for children commitments.

Makayla!

Immediate availability

Makayla is an Occupational Therapist who graduated from Edith Cowan University in 2024 and has since gained experience working within the community disability sector. She has supported individuals across the lifespan, with a range of different abilities. This experience fostered a strong interest in early intervention and supporting children during key developmental stages.
Makayla is passionate about supporting children and families to build practical skills that promote independence, confidence and meaningful participation in everyday life. Makayla is passionate about capacity building and giving families the skills to help manage day to day long term. She is most suited to families that are looking for this from their therapy journey.
After spending lots of time in the South West / Bunbury region over the years, Makayla is excited to relocate from Perth and call the South West her new home.
Outside of work, Makayla enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing netball and spending lots of time outdoors.

👋 Welcoming Josh Yates to South West Therapy Services

Josh will be visiting our Dalyellup clinic from January 5–23, 2026, travelling down from Karratha to work with the local community while Physiotherapists Tim and Aaron are away. Originally born in Bunbury and a Bunbury Catholic College graduate, it’s great to welcome him back to the South West.

📚 Background & Training
• Bachelor of Science Physiotherapy
• Currently completing a Master’s in Strength & Conditioning at ECU
• Completed courses in chronic pain (Pain Unstuck) and advanced strength & conditioning with Merv Travers
• Advanced dry needling trained
• Attended the ACL Symposium in Perth (2023)

🏃‍♂️ Clinical Interests
• Sports injuries
• Post-orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation
• Knee injuries (including ACL rehab)
• Lower back pain
• Running-related injuries

💪 Outside the clinic
He enjoys keeping fit in his spare time at the gym and running outdoors, and loves everything to do with the ocean — especially scuba diving, spearfishing, and water skiing.

As many of you know our Physiotherapist Tim will be heading off on parental leave at the start of 2026. You can still book some final spots with him online but you better be quick as there aren’t many left! His return date is still to be confirmed.

Don’t worry though because David will be coming all the way from the Pilbara while Tim is away, so you will still have the opportunity to see a great and very experienced Physiotherapist during this time! Many of you may even recognise him as he grew up in the area 🙌🏽
