One thing I’ve noticed about Xmas in the Pilbara…It’s a sleigh of fun nights ….if the DCA 🎄⛪️🎅entrance is anything to go by, The Garden light up will be another night not to miss 🤶🌲

I’m gob smacked too…
You may have heard B6 has been in the news…due to its link to peripheral neuropathy.

Good decision by TGA to take action.
So why am I gob smacked?
(Borrowing the phrase from Dr Norman Swan on the Health Report).
We were able to put the country in lock down in a couple of days….however the TGA, taking lightening action on B6, is giving the industry over 12 months to urgently move it to a different shelf.

Today we moved the B6 in Dampier Pharmacy to behind the counter…so the pharmacist can check the dose is safe for you… we commenced moving stock two weeks ago when the outcome of this was becoming apparent.

If you take a Vitamin B please check you are within the recommended dose & also re-visit your need to take B6.

Pyridoxine, pyridoxal or pyridoxamine are other names it may be listed as.

As always, don’t hesitate to pop into Dampier Pharmacy to discuss your particular needs.

When you visit Dampier Pharmacy you will be served directly by a pharmacist, in complete privacy & confidentiality.

We love feedback & value growing to meet our community needs.
From this Monday, we are extending our evening hours to 5:20pm to allow that dash after work.

We will still be here at 9am for urgent needs, officially opening 9:20am.

Nb. We often lock at 2:25pm for 10min
However can always be reached on 0438934683

We have some exciting surprises coming in 2026…can’t wait to share them with you.
