Physioworks Health Group director Andrew Dalwood spent last weekend at the 11th Interdisciplinary World Congress in lower back and pelvic girdle pain at the Melbourne Convention Centre.

During the conference Andrew caught up on the latest world research in these areas and participated with other specialists in discussing their research and how we can apply this for our clients.

Our Physiotherapist Mark spent a wonderful weekend in the DMA Pilates course to update his Clinical Pilates knowledge and gain fresh insights into the latest Pilates exercise techniques. He is looking forward to applying those skills and knowledge in the Clinical exercise class!

A huge congratulations to all those who participated in the 2023 Melbourne Marathon Festival on Sunday, it was great to see so many athletes on the track, achieving their goals! 🏃🏽‍♀️
