✨ New on the blog ✨
Aysha, one of our amazing the art therapists at Rainbow Muse Collective, shares a beautiful reflection on her 2024 journey. 🥰

Ecologies of Becoming is a powerful piece on learning, unlearning, and practicing therapy in ways that honour culture, autonomy, play, and collective care. It’s a celebration of growth, softness, and star-shaped paths. 💕🌈🙌🏾

Aysha did her placement with us, and now we’re proud to call her one of our own—a shining presence in our evolving constellation.

🌈✨ Happy Birthday to our glitter-hearted, magic-weaving, dog-cuddling, rainbow-loving bestie Sammy — and, by joyful default, to the tiniest co-founder of Little Pea Therapy, the Pea herself. 💕🎉

Sammy, you are a radiant force of softness and strength. A human who holds space like it’s an art form, and reminds us every day that therapy can look like puppets, paint, dog cuddles, and deep, bellyful joy.

You’ve built a world where big feelings are safe, messy magic is sacred, and kids get to be exactly who they are. And we are so lucky to be part of your constellation. 🌟

Wishing you a year of wild joy, sunny naps, yoga on the grass, and endless rainbow sprinkles. We love you BIG.

🩷 From your Rainbow Muse Collective family

Something new is blooming ✨🌈🌱

After a little rest break of quiet reimagining, our constellation of care is shifting and we’re so excited to welcome a brilliant new light into the Rainbow Muse Collective: Christina Schmidt (she/her) and her creation .speech 🎉💕🥰

Christina is a speech pathologist, speaker, artist, advocate, and radiant force for culturally safe, neuroaffirming, and decolonial care. She brings her whole self into the work and she’s not just joining what exists, she’s helping shape what comes next. 🧚🏾‍♀️🪷🦄

We’re so proud that Free to Be Me Speech Therapy (which turns one today, Happy birthday!) now sits alongside the other therapy providers within our collective, each of us offering something unique, held by shared values of radical love, access, and integrity. 💪🏾❤️

Head to the blog to read Christina’s words about what called her here and how she’s walking with us on this path of collective care, creativity, and deep connection. 💕🌈🦄

Our very own Lucy .this.space is delighted to be participating in a group art show at Artemisia Gallery called Hanky Code. 💕🌈🎨🖼️

Her dreamy, tender self-portraits are now on display as part of Hanky Code: An Exploration of Q***r Colour, curated by The Artist Known As FOOT at Artemisia Gallery 🌈🙌🏾

Created through moments of uncertainty, curiosity, and quiet reclamation, these pieces are a celebration of asexual identity, embodiment, and q***r creative expression.

Catch the exhibition until June 29—and celebrate all the ways we take up space in full colour. 🌈💖

In art therapy we can create alongside another without any expectations! I offer sessions from our space in ferntree gully, online or can do outreach to homes/schools. 🌟 The Yellow Ladybugs Conference 2025 has officially launched! 🌟

We love , so it’s honoured to be part of this powerful gathering once again—bringing together autistic folks, families, educators, and allies to reimagine what truly supportive environments can look like. 🌈💕🦄

This year, Chenai had the joy of co-presenting with the brilliant Chelsea Luker on:
Creating Safe Spaces for Anxious Autistic Brains: Understanding Fight, Flight, Freeze, and Fawn Responses.

We unpacked the nervous system responses often misunderstood in classrooms and homes—offering tools for recognising distress, not punishing it. When we lead with safety and relationship, everything changes.

💛 This conference is full of heart, nuance, and practical wisdom. And the best part? It’s not too late to join in. With nearly 3,000 tickets already gone and more being snapped up by the day, this is one of the most affirming spaces you’ll find all year. We recommend this conference to schools, parents etc as a way to connect with neurokin and find creative ways to support your young human.

Here’s a little taste of the magic:

✨ “What goal are we asking them to meet—and is it worth it for them?”
✨ “We all have internalised ‘isms’ we need to unlearn.”
✨ “It’s just not worth breaking them, precious one.”

These are the conversations I wish every classroom, family, and policy table could hear.❤️🌈🙌🏾💛

Check out the program. Tune in when you can. You’re not too late to join the love.
