As the temperatures rise, keeping your loved ones hydrated and energised is critical. Throughout the summer months, use these suggestions to stay hydrated and combat the heat:
💧 Drink more water every day: Encourage your family to drink water throughout the day. It keeps everyone hydrated from the inside out and is the best way to quench thirst. Always bring water bottles to the beach, the park, or on a family trip with you for easy access.
🍉 Enjoy delicious fruits like watermelon, strawberries, and oranges. They not only taste amazing but also provide natural hydration. Try incorporating more vegetables and fruits with higher water content, such as cucumbers, tomatoes and salads. They not only taste amazing but also provide natural hydration.
🥤 Mix things up by infusing your water with slices of lemon, cucumbers, or fresh mint leaves. You can also try making homemade smoothies and fruity popsicles, which are fun and healthy treats for the whole family.

• hypoallergenic (skin) tape
• triangular bandages
• adhesive dressing strips (such as bandaids) in different sizes
• gauze swabs • combine dressing pads (10cm x 10cm)
• non-stick dressing pads (7.5cm x 10cm)
• sterile eye pad
• alcohol swabs
• stainless steel scissors (sharp/blunt) 12.5cm
• disposable gloves
• stainless steel pointed splinter forceps (tweezers)
• shock (thermal) blanket
• safety pins

Spending more time outside in the warmer weather?

Protect yourself over the warmer months by creating a bites and stings toolkit.
