One of the most beautiful things to witness in our space…
A client arrived at Still Point Studio this week with their colouring book and pencils in hand 💛
They already knew what helped their nervous system settle — and gave themselves permission to use it.
As they coloured before their session, you could feel the shift. Breathing softened. Shoulders dropped. The room grew quieter in that gentle, grounded way that tells you the parasympathetic system is coming online.
No pressure. No need to “do it right.”
Just simple, repetitive movement.
This is what regulation can look like — personal, intuitive, and often wonderfully simple.
You don’t need anything fancy to support your nervous system. Sometimes it’s just about noticing what works… and bringing it with you.
