Today is a day of mixed emotions, I am happy and greatful to my family for making my mothes day memorable. At the same time my heart is breaking for the strongest most amazing woman and mother that I know.
Deb has over the past twelve years struggled to stand strong while each day suffering the pain that resulted from a car accident.
At the end of last year Deb again had to find strength to face her eldest daughters brain surgery.
Another shocking event this January saw Deb along with her family having to say good bye to her youngest daughter.
Today I want to hug and support my wonderful friend but can do little with the current situation to offer comfort to her. So many people love and admire the strength that this lady always displays. The love and compassion afforded to all that cross her path is endless but not always acknowledge. Deb you are my treasured friend and if it were in my power I would fix it all but sadly I can not mend what is broken. I can only love you and be here for you. I will wish you a happy mothers day knowing that it is a day filled with tears and heart ache. So many questions as to why with no answers.
