✨ New Year New Habits! 🎉

January is a great time to focus on healthy habits for the year ahead. The good news? Meaningful change doesn’t have to be overwhelming — it’s often the small, consistent actions that make the biggest difference over time.

If you haven’t set any New Year’s resolutions yet, consider starting with simple, achievable goals such as:
• Moving more 🚶‍♀️
• Prioritising quality sleep 😴
• Drinking more water throughout the day 💧

To improve your chances of sticking with these goals, try turning them into SMART goals — specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound.

For example, instead of saying “I want to exercise more”, try:
👉 “I will commit to moving for 30 minutes, three times per week, for the next four weeks.”

Being clear about what you’re doing, how often, and for how long helps turn good intentions into sustainable habits — rather than vague goals that are easy to abandon.

✨ What health goals are you setting for 2026? ✨

We’re proud to be your local healthcare team and grateful to be part of your journey. We look forward to continuing to support our community in 2026 and beyond.

With gratitude,

🎉 A Heartfelt Thank You to The Lions Club! 🦁💛

We extend our deepest gratitude to Bacchus Marsh Lions Club Inc for generously raising funds to purchase a custom-made walker for Caleb Ross, one of our wonderful paediatric clients.

A special thank you to Les, who took the time to visit our clinic to personally hand over the walker — it was truly lovely for our team to meet you.

Our Paediatric Physiotherapist, Callan, is excited to incorporate this new walker into Caleb’s therapy sessions to support his mobility, confidence, and continued progress.

Together, we’re helping Caleb reach his full potential. 💙✨

Thank you for making such a meaningful difference in our community.

Love what we do, and who we do it for.
