The sacrum is the foundation of your spine and pelvis.
When it’s not moving well, it can cause lower back pain, sciatica, hip discomfort, and postural issues.

Chiropractic care can help restore proper sacral alignment, improve mobility, and support your nervous system—keeping you balanced and moving well.

Your health is your greatest wealth.
It’s easy to overlook until something starts to hurt—but your body is always working hard to keep you going.

Here are a few reminders that your body deserves care every day:
• The human spine supports about 60% of your body’s weight—yet most of us don’t think about it until it’s sore.
• Movement is medicine—just 30 minutes of daily activity can boost mood, improve sleep, and reduce the risk of chronic disease.
• Stress and posture are deeply connected. How you carry yourself physically can impact your mood and energy levels more than you think.

Taking care of your body doesn’t have to be complicated. Small daily habits make a big difference over time. Rest, move, stretch, breathe.

You only get one body—look after it.

One interesting benefit of chiropractic care is its ability to improve body awareness and coordination. Through spinal adjustments and nervous system regulation, chiropractic care can enhance proprioception—the body’s sense of position and movement—which is especially valuable for athletes, dancers, and anyone recovering from injury. This heightened awareness can lead to better balance, quicker reflexes, and reduced risk of falls or strain.

Struggling with jaw pain, headaches, or neck tension? It might all be connected.

Did you know that the way we hold stress—especially during busy or emotionally charged periods—often shows up in our jaw?

Research shows that the medial pterygoid muscle, one of the key muscles involved in jaw movement, can carry significant tension when we’re stressed. This tension can lead to:
• Persistent jaw pain or tightness
• Clicking or locking of the jaw (TMJ dysfunction)
• Headaches, particularly around the temples
• Neck and upper shoulder pain

It’s all part of a bigger picture. At Evospine Chiropractic, I take a whole-body approach to jaw pain—looking beyond the jaw itself to assess posture, muscle imbalances, and lifestyle stressors.

The goal? Helping you find real, lasting relief without the need for muscle relaxant injections or medications.

If you’ve been clenching, grinding, or living with discomfort, let’s work together to restore function and comfort—naturally.

🤲 Carpal Tunnel Syndrome – What You Need to Know! 🤲

Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a common condition that affects the wrist and hand, often causing discomfort that can interfere with daily activities.

Common Causes:

🔹 Repetitive hand movements (typing, manual labor, sports)
🔹 Prolonged wrist flexion (poor ergonomics, sleeping position)
🔹 Pregnancy-related swelling
🔹 Medical conditions like diabetes, arthritis, or hypothyroidism

Symptoms to Watch For:

⚠️ Numbness or tingling, especially in the thumb, index, and middle fingers
⚠️ Weakness in the hand or difficulty gripping objects
⚠️ Pain that may radiate up the arm
⚠️ Symptoms worse at night or after repetitive use

Ways to Help:

✔️ Wrist position – Keep wrists in a neutral position, especially while typing or using a mouse
✔️ Stretch & Strengthen – Gentle wrist stretches and strengthening exercises can help
✔️ Modify activities – Take breaks during repetitive tasks to reduce strain
✔️ Supportive gear – Wrist splints can help keep the wrist in a neutral position, especially at night
✔️ Chiropractic & Manual Therapy – Hands-on treatment can help improve mobility and reduce nerve compression

Did you know that shoulder pain is the third most common musculoskeletal complaint in primary care, with up to 67% of people experiencing it at some point in their lives? The prevalence of shoulder pain increases after the age of 50, especially among those in physically demanding occupations. Common causes include rotator cuff injuries, adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder), and osteoarthritis. Early intervention and proper management are key to maintaining shoulder health and preventing chronic issues.
