As I start my day at my clinic this morning, I am reminded to observe the beauty that is all around us…..
The 7am sunrise on my wall, the fresh new leaf’s on my Figtree, the crystal clear light in my new Smokey Lemon Citrine…

I feel so blessed and grateful

For some, it’s joyous — a celebration and a chance to spoil and be spoiled.

For me, Mother’s Day has always carried a tangle of emotions.
Yes, there’s love. But there’s also loss.

I lost my mum way too soon.
And while time has softened the edges, there’s a part of me that still aches for her — especially on days like this.

Over the years, I’ve learned to hold space for all of it.
The joy and the longing. The celebration and the silence.
The gratitude and the grief.

If this day feels tender for you — whether you’re missing your mum, yearning to become one, or navigating a relationship that’s never felt easy — I want you to know: I see you.

You’re not alone in that space.
You’re allowed to feel it all.
And however today looks, I’m sending love your way.
