Join the delightful Janey Vi for Yin Yoga sessions every Sunday evening, resuming this weekend 1st February. After some hot and humid months, Yin Yoga is an ideal way to restore balance to your body. These 75-minute, non-heated classes offer a distinct experience different from what we normally do in Bikram Yoga. If you haven't experienced it yet, we invite you to join us. Yin Yoga is also offered on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 pm. Book in via the app!

9 out of 10 practices in my early days I would sit this one out. “Why does it have to be so hard, it’s too f% hot! And I’m ready to go home..” Eventually I grew out of that 😆 - we use the asana to silence the mind.

Your body can handle this, your mind is just checking in. The triangle posture is the peak - don’t miss it.

Feel better, look great, see more and breathe better each and every class. It’s all happening underneath the surface. 💦
