Fantastic trip to Seoul last month for the World Society of Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery. So good to be present in person with colleagues and an opportunity to present our data from the MRI guided focussed ultrasound for tremor at St Vincent's Sydney where we have amassed a large experience with this life changing technology.

Fantastic to be able to catch up with colleagues face to face and to be able to present my talk on 'MVD versus Radiosurgery for Trigeminal Neuralgia' at the meeting of the World Neurosurgical Federation for Cranial Nerve Disorders.

The “MVD2020" conference was finally held in 2022 - hosted in Vancouver by my fantastic colleague Professor Chris Honey who presented a newly described syndrome he has documented with the apt acronym “VANCOUVER syndrome”.
There is always so much to discuss and learn!
