Heavy solar activity over the last days.

A good reminder to come back to grounded daily practice.

Sleep can become disrupted, we can feel unsettled, discombobulated and fatigued.

See the gold dome meditation - pinned to the top of this feed. This can help to reset the out aspect of the energy field.

Spending time connecting to nature and swimming in natural or sitting under a shower for 20mins can also help the energy field and assist in stabilising body, mind and spirit.

On a larger level, solar activity at this level can indicate further earthquake and volcanic activity is looming.

Have you ever being faced with an ethical quandary.

Ethical means relating to beliefs about right and wrong.
Quandry - If you are in a quandary, you have to make a decision but cannot decide what to do.

For so long stories such as these have gone unreported and in mainstream media largely still unreported.

I realised this week I’ve been advocating and rally for Palestine since I was at university and studied ethics - 1990! And things have only gotten worse.

The question now is, now that we know, what do we do about it?

Rally’s around the country & globe this weekend.

As ’s war on grinds on, violence is spiking in the occupied West Bank as forces step up their raids on towns and camps and settlers increase their attacks and harassment of Palestinians.
Thousands of Palestinians have been arrested and taken into Israeli detention, many held under the “administrative detention” system, which Israeli authorities use to hold Palestinians indefinitely with no charge.
As fear and tensions rise, Al Jazeera spoke to a number of people across the occupied West Bank about what they have been through, how the situation is affecting them and what are their thoughts on living under occupation.
