Thank you Solution Focused Hypnotherapy for helping me to stay calm, confident and enabling me to achieve my best hopes when everything seemed to be going against us.
A big thank you to Northallerton Equestrian centre staff and the judge for allowing me to ride my test even though I was very very late.
What a morning:
Derry wouldn’t be caught- a scoop of feed soon persuaded him
Derry wouldn’t load- 2 hours , a few messages to the team, believing he would load and him going in.
Driving to Northallerton because we needed to and on arrival being told we could still ride.
I really appreciate my team who supported me throughout and Claire who read for me.
Despite arriving having no warm up my best hope was to have consistent rhythm throughout which we achieved , Thank you Derry 🥰

I have been invited by SFTA to return to Leeds as a guest speaker. I will be sharing, with the current cohort of students, my experience and learnings from my first year in practice.

A year later and I feel so lucky to be in a position to support my amazing clients ❤️ Thank you all.

I’m incredibly proud to share that I recently qualified as a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist.

I signed up to study for a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy because I wanted to help people make the right choices in their life by focusing on the solutions rather than the problems.

It has been an amazing experience, a challenge on so many different levels but I am so excited to be at the start of my journey.

A huge thank you goes out to my wonderful volunteers and David who have supported me throughout.
