I had the privilege to attend an anatomy lab yesterday, focusing on the lower half of the body.

I have 2 main takeaways:

1. The human body is a truly fascinating bit of equipment.

And 2. If anyone tells you they are 'treating' your ITB, or that you should foam roll your ITB, that person does not deserve your money, and I suggest you find a new health care professional.
