If you have blue eyes, one of the most powerful things you can do is support your lymphatic system and mucous membranes. 👀 These tend to be more sensitive areas of health in lighter-eyed individuals.

Mucous membranes are the soft, moist tissues that line parts of the body exposed to the outside world.

Think:
✔️ Digestive tract — from the mouth right through to the gut
✔️ Respiratory system — nose, throat, and lungs
✔️ Reproductive system — the organs that make us male and female

They might not get much attention, but they should.

Mucous membranes play a vital role in:

💪🏻Protecting and lubricating tissues
💪🏻Preventing dryness and dehydration
💪🏻Trapping toxins and debris through mucus
💪🏻Supporting nutrient absorption in the gut

When health issues arise in blue-eyed people, they often show up in the lymphatic and mucosal systems, such as:

💙 Allergies
🩵 Ear infections
💙 Swollen tonsils
🩵 Coughs and respiratory issues
💙 Sinus congestion
🩵 Asthma
💙 Digestive complaints

From an iridology perspective, lighter eyes are often more reactive to mucus-forming foods—particularly dairy. For many, reducing or removing these foods can make a noticeable difference.
