How to Clean Your Lymph System.
Your lymphatic system is like the garbage disposal of your body it's responsible for removing toxins and waste. If it’s sluggish, you may feel tired, foggy, and unwell.
Here’s how to give it a powerful clean-up:
1. Eat Clean & Natural
Avoid artificial colors, oils, sweeteners, and processed foods. Focus on fresh, raw plant-based meals: fruits, veggies, smoothies, juices, nuts, seeds, and lightly cooked meals. These act like scrubbing brushes for your system.
2. Hydrate Properly
Drink 1L of water per 22kg of body weight daily. Add lemon, lime, or a pinch of Himalayan/Celtic sea salt to support flow. Always start your day with 1L of water.
3. Get Moving
Exercise is the best way to move lymph! Jump, run, sweat, and breathe deeply your lymph has no pump, so movement is key.
4. Breathe Deeply
Practice deep breathing to stimulate lymph flow. Try “7 rounds of 7” breathing exercises, 3x a day to oxygenate and detox.
5. Clean Your Colon
A backed-up colon clogs the lymph. Try a gentle 4-day colon cleanse monthly for 3 months. Proper digestion means eliminating waste 30–60 min after eating.
6. Sweat It Out
Use a sauna or steam room with eucalyptus oil and breathe deeply. Just 15 mins of sweating helps release toxins.
7. Wear Comfortable Clothes
Tight bras, belts, and clothes can block lymph flow. Avoid compression that prevents proper drainage.
8. Try Supportive Therapies
Lymphatic massage, chiropractic care, acupuncture, or morning energy exercises can all help improve flow and alignment.
9. Skin Brushing & Vodka Scrub
Mix triple-distilled vodka with aluminum-free bicarb soda into a scrub. Use in the shower with a loofah to detox skin and boost lymph flow. Finish with 20–45 min of sunlight if possible.
10. Do a Juice Fast
Fasting gives your body time to detox deeply. Try 7–21 days with 3L of juice + 3–4L of water daily. Add enemas, breathwork, and sunshine for deeper results.
✅ Start small, stay consistent. Your body will thank you with more energy, mental clarity, and vitality.
