Delicious outdoor Bayview venue for this dry season! 🌴

Breathwork and Ice Baths are here Saturdays 8-10am

We use noise cancelling headsets so you can fully immerse in the breathwork experience.

We have custom made ice sourced from the NT, nothing fresher!
(this is a joke - it’s from my tap that goes into ice cream buckets that goes into a chest freezer but custom made NT ice sounds primo eh?!)

We have the best community of inviting, hilarious and kindhearted people stop by…come be one of them.
On Saturday mornings EVERYONE is welcome! No matter your age, gender, race, religious belief, sexual preference…need I go on, you get it! Come as you are in your weird, beautiful and wild meat suits.

We have had so many people new to Darwin feeling isolated and unsure. Our spaces are ones where you can chat and connect with people in a low pressure environment whilst the endorphins run high!
