clarity, physical and spiritual uplift. Yin Yoga and deep, long and slow fascia stretching helps to assist joint movement and flexibility, bringing you greater ease in all activities in daily life. Understanding your own body leverage and posture is an integral part of overall health and wellness. Develop skills to boost your mental focus to gain personal confidence. Learn to reduce physiological tension so that you can identify and change behaviours which are non contributing to your overall well-being. Your body has many insights for you and moving it with awareness is an important practice for enhancing well-being.

Day 12 Coming home to self challenge

Getting out early for a walk. Paying close attention to the beauty around me. I was captivated by the sun today and it's gentle warmth on my face and body.

This led me to feeling drawn to the shadows that were popping up. I love light and shadow. BEING with both makes sense to me.

I mean this on an internal view of my own light and dark aspects. All can be exactly as it is.

As within, so without.Self compassion is king as you navigate more of your true nature.

Day 10 Coming home to self.

My blue lotus tea arrived just in time for some space setting and chill vibes at home.

Perfect timing for New moon in Cancer. Homey, nurturing, creating opportunities to go within. The tea added a special bonus to our little ritual, somatic breathing and body scanning, some yummy medicinal tea and a guided meditation.

Cherub left at beginning of meditation. Totally fine.
A gentle easy relaxed evening.
