✨ About 40% of people we see aren’t eating breakfast. You can be shooting yourself in the foot weight and health wise.
✨ Breakfast sets you up for the day and you are less likely to binge or over eat in the afternoon and evenings.
✨ Breakfast is also a great time to get a good dose of fibre from wholegrain cereal, grainy bread, nuts, seeds or fruits.
✨ Start small, even 1 slice of grainy toast with natural peanut butter or a fruit and handful of nuts if you’re short on time.
