✨ About 40% of people we see aren’t eating breakfast. You can be shooting yourself in the foot weight and health wise.

✨ Breakfast sets you up for the day and you are less likely to binge or over eat in the afternoon and evenings.

✨ Breakfast is also a great time to get a good dose of fibre from wholegrain cereal, grainy bread, nuts, seeds or fruits.

✨ Start small, even 1 slice of grainy toast with natural peanut butter or a fruit and handful of nuts if you’re short on time.

⭐️ Easy midweek recipe inspo, Healthy Baked Potatoes 🥔🧀🥕🫘🥬🍅

This is a great customisable recipe and one the kids can help out with! Method below 👇

Method:
- Prick potatoes with a fork and coat in olive oil before roasting in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 60 minutes or air fryer 180 degrees for 45 minutes. The skin should turn dark brown.
- While the potatoes are cooking, prep the toppings
- Cut the potatoes down the middle, add salt pepper cheese then beans, top with salad and sour cream on top, ENJOY!
