Hi, it’s Rebecca here. I wanted to take a moment to remind you of what we do here at Rebecca Lowe Therapy & Associates.

At our core, we are here to walk alongside your journey of personal healing and growth. For a lot of our clients, it means helping you to better manage emotions, thoughts and relationships you have.

Although our emotional reactions and relationships look a bit different for each of us, at the end of the day we want to help to to live this life with joy, meaning and purpose by providing you with the skills and insight that will allow you to:
- feel the valuable person that you are
- be in deeply gratifying relationships with those around you
- live in line with your values
- make the most of what you have at hand in this life.

We know that these journeys of change can be painful, but we are here to help you through it. Thank you for allowing us to do this important work and for saying yes to letting us walk this path with you.

“Use my EAP? No way. I don’t want everyone knowing what my issues are.”

I’ve heard this a lot over the years. Employees can be reluctant to access their free workplace counselling sessions due to fears of a lack of confidentiality.

There are also misunderstandings that NTG EAP use needs to have HR approval.

Luckily, with Northern Territory Government EAP processes, there is little to no chance of confidentiality issues including HR being involved…when you use an Approved Provider.

Accessing your free workplace counselling sessions through an approved provider enables you to directly access the counselling service with no communication what so ever required with your workplace.
No approvals.
No reporting of details that might identify you.
No AGS number reported back.
Just you, just the therapist.
No managers, general managers or HR need to know.
Ever.*
Unless there was something incredibly serious that by law could not be kept confidential. Such as you had committed a serious criminal offence at your workplace. That could not be kept from HR!

Yep, you guessed it. We are an NTG EAP approved provider. Your privacy, confidentiality and right to access helpful support are taken very seriously.

"Where there's a will, there's a way".

I find there is just something about the inspiration and encouragement found in the natural world. If we just take the time and be open to it, I find it amazing; the messages that can be drawn from something like tree roots growing over rock. Or a tiny green sprout in the middle of concrete!

On Tuesday 10th starting at 7:00 am AEST (the date and time advertised on the tile is Pacific Time) - tune into a chat with Myself and mum, Judy Atkinson and the team from Science and Nonduality Conference discussing The EternalSong and all things Healing in a Q&A session after a community screening of the film.

This film is a heartbreaking look at the impact that colonisation has had on the world but even more importantly, the ways back to healing!!
