Smoke is light, mobile and subtle and has the ability to reach subtle spaces. The healing potential of smoke is used extensively in āyurveda as a way of delivering medicine to the body and also the mind. This week I have been using incense and resins more intentionally to bolster my morning practice and create space where I feel more in touch with these qualities. 🌬

Our vision is to share the collective depth of our heart-felt study and practice by offering workshops, classes, consultations and retreats that promote wellbeing and healing.

We acknowledge the lineages and teachers who have passed on the wisdom of these healing arts and offer them our greatest devotion.
