Do your knees crack, pop or crunch? 🦵💥
Those clicks, pops or crackles you hear when you squat, walk upstairs or stand up are often called crepitus.
In many cases, it is completely normal and simply caused by gas bubbles in the joint, tendons moving over bone, or normal joint surfaces gliding.
