Dear customers,
We are open from 10am so no one call answer your phone call before our trading hours. And we are sorry that we don’t have a full-time receptionist now, it’s a home business.
Every staff does multi-task during work which means sometimes no one can answer the phone immediately but we will try to call back ASAP.
Please be polite and respectful to our staffs. Thank you so much.😊

Dear clients,

Recently we have received calls that people need extra service 🙄 or ask lots of questions about our therapists’ personal information which is not related to our training background or work experience. We tried to be polite to everyone but we have no choice to be tough enough to those people.

We are all qualified remedial massage therapists and members of massage association. There’s zero tolerance to sexual harassment in our clinic.
We have to protect our staffs and business reputation.

Most of them called with a private number which has caused lots of pressure to our admin team.

A new owner is running a Thai massage shop at our previous location, The village shopping center.
They have changed a new name &logo.(⚠️It is not our branch or business at all）

⚠️Our new location is in Moil⚠️We have moved back to Moil after last Christmas！
Please do NOT get confused！
Some clients made a booking with THEM but still ring OUR number.
We don’t know why they didn’t change the small sign outside the shopping village?

There’s nothing we could do … we don’t take other business responsibility or management of shopping village.
We have to make it clear. We have to protect our business & reputation.

After 2/1/2024 : 10am-6pm

We will move to new location in Moil from 27/12/2023. There will be 2 more members, TimTam & Winnie, joining us together. You will feel their big smile while you arrive. We wish you a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.

Dear Clients,
Some customers saw our selling business post on marketplace few months ago. We'd like to make it clear that we will only sell facilities but we will keep the same logo, business name & contact number. There's nothing to worry if you hold valid Revive Massage vouchers.

We are going to a new location in Moil soon. Not far away from The village shopping centre (about 5 minutes driving time).

We are currently preparing to have a new start in 2024 :)
