SAFE HANDS NT Safe Hands NT offers NDIS and Aged Care supports to eligible clients in the NT. We strive for a greater service of humanity.

Safe Hands NT was established by a diverse team with many ethnic and cultural background multicultural and multilingual individuals with optimism creating powerful human connections and positive changes. We are register and approved provider under the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme). In Safe Hands NT our focus and main priority is providing services to support greater independence and work with you to meet your requirements, goals and improved wellbeing. Our name means, clients and their carers can rely on us and our words, feel respected, included and cared about. We treat people with kindness and compassion, we want our clients to feel a sense of belonging and connection, we understand that everyone comes from distinct backgrounds and perspectives. We are excited to host our first Information Session tomorrow at the Lyons Community Centre where we will share information about the NDIS and Aged Care systems, and how we can help clients/potential clients of these systems.

Earlier this week we attend the bi-monthly NT Support Coordinator Community of Practice meeting in Palmerston where we heard from guest speakers and shared learnings and challenges as NDIS Support Coordinators.

This is a valuable network and meeting, and we are grateful for the huge amount of work undertaken by Territory Care and Support Services who hosts these meetings. We are also a proud contributor to the Steering Committee.
