Imagination

The most formidable prison we build around ourselves is our own thoughts and beliefs.

I was convinced my roof was rusty and needed to be replaced. The imagination was going overdrive!

I managed to get a roofer to confirm it was only mould from the wet season and dust from the surrounding bushland. The roof required a good clean.

The message clearly is not to obsess over what I perceived to be wrong and seek support, advice, and reframe negativity.
