As Darwin continues to grow, Tauhidul recognised the rising demand for well-trained, professional security personnel in the Northern Territory. Wanting to build a career that is challenging, meaningful, and full of opportunity, he enrolled in Integrated Training NT’s Certificate II in Security Operations to take his first step toward a strong future in the NT security industry.
Throughout the course, Tauhidul shared that his biggest insight wasn’t just technical, it was learning the importance of effective communication and de-escalation. Before training, he believed physical skills were the priority, but the course shifted his perspective, showing him the real power of calm, controlled communication.
Tauhidul said the training is incredibly thorough and highly relevant to the real-world security environment in Darwin, and that anyone serious about starting a career in the NT security industry would benefit from this essential foundation.
