Road Closure on Julius Street extended! 🚧

Sunbuild are experiencing delays in progressing infrastructure works on Julius St including power supply works.

Works will now continue towards the end of June.

📣Panquee Boulevard is now OPEN! 🚗

Planned and developed by Darwin-based development and construction company, , we are beyond excited to connect existing homes in stages 2A, 2B, 4A and 4B, directly with the Stuart Highway intersection including the commercial lots making driving to and from home easier.

Local member for Fong Lim, Rahman MLA shared our excitement and said he was thrilled to see the land development take another step forward for its residents.

Roadworks will soon commence for the Northern Land Council Project – an exciting new addition to the Northcrest community.

As part of this, the western end of Julius Street will be closed 24/7 commencing 7/4/25, ending 16/5/25.
In this period, we ask that you please observe and abide by the safety signage in place.
