Happy Friday amigos , after a big couple week now is time to relax and enjoy being tired and happy for all the achievements I got done ✅ .
I will be seeing the sunrise 🌅 at the beach with my girls tomorrow Mornig for Anzac Day .

Thursday , champion experience.
I met Che in 2022 when I started working his Dad and Mum . For the last 18 months I have coached him , I am so proud of him and this parents for the trust in my work .
From a challenging kid full of energy without a direction for his energy and focus. His commitment and dedication for the training and food is awesome. Now hi have discipline and love for strength training , bought his own Ute and will become a great carpenter same is his Dad . From 75 to 92 kilograms . With the right goals , direction and support from parents everything is possible in right amount of time .

Thinking about the amigos Duayne and Luke that are in the middle of the Kokoda track in PNG at the moment .!. They did all the work with the strength training , and strong 💪 commitment to be the best prepare body and mental for this epic life time bucket list .!.! Stay in the light

Incredible day with the best of the hunter gatherer of NZ , And this is before 1030 am .!.
So good to experience so much of the Maori food .!! # fishing hunting gathering living our best life .

Here in Rotorua North Island of New Zealand having a great tour from the hot Springs here and his amazing how the Māori for thousand thousand years have used this hot springs and map with all the extremely high amount of minerals to heal from bottle from War andfrom illness and right now they have it at some of the New Zealand’s best hospital to use that for 3rd° burns so if you haven’t heard me say you never stop your minerals your salt in your water in your food proper quality salt, magnesium if you want to live if you want to thrive you have to keep them up stay in the light H
