Hi amigos getting some deer and lamb mince done ✅. Or brain is mostly made of fat , our hormones de rune on good fats , yes animal fats .!.!.!
Low calories fkn diets don’t work long term .!.! Invest in real good knowledge, commit to the proses , fix you gut and hormones , make a good relationship with you body and love life .
