Libby is a Reiki Master/Teacher, Intuitive healer & Medium, specialising in crystal therapy and a Registered Nurse. Libby has been a practicing Reiki spiritual healer for over 12 years and has been seeing and communicating with Angels and spirits for a lot longer than that! She has also completed courses in other complimentary therapies such as Aromatherapy, Quantum Touch and Bach Flower Remedies as well as travelling to many countries to gain experience in the therapeutic use of crystals and other healing modalities. Backed by her education and experience as a qualified Registered Nurse she is able to provide a comprehensive complimentary healing modality and advice on general well being. Spiritual healing invokes a power that is intangible. This universal energy is both subtle and powerful. Libby acts as a channel for this healing energy and as a medium to the Angels and spirit world. Once Libby has tuned into her client to understand what needs to be healed, she can then direct this energy in such a way to bring about benefit and relief for the client. Results are usually uplifting and immediate. Many chronic, nagging or recurring conditions can be healed or relieved through this process. Ultimately though the goal is to empower the client by showing and assisting them how to heal themselves. Libby's ability as a healer and medium can also assist client's to get to the "root" of a problem and by acting as a medium to spirit guides can assist to find the solutions to unanswered questions to find a way forward and reach our full potential. Although Libby is a Registered Nurse who specialises in chronic disease her healing ability is a complimentary therapy and is NOT a substitute for medical treatment or advice.

Sit.
Breathe.
Observe.
Let Go.

Most people believe meditation means stopping thoughts.
That’s why they sit down, close their eyes… and feel like they’re failing within seconds.

The mind starts racing.
Plans appear.
Memories surface.
Worries knock loudly.

And people conclude: “I can’t meditate.”

But here’s the truth 👇

Meditation is not about forcing the mind to go blank.
It’s about changing your relationship with your thoughts.

At first, the mind is noisy — and that’s not a problem.
That noise was always there; you’re just noticing it for the first time.

Then something subtle happens: You stop fighting the thoughts.
You stop chasing them.
You stop believing every story they tell.

You begin to observe without reacting.

Thoughts still arise —

Emotional presence is not about fixing or forcing clarity. It is about staying with yourself long enough to feel what is true without rushing past it. When you stop abandoning your inner experience, you begin to rebuild trust with your own heart.

Listening to your emotions does not make you weak. It makes you honest. What you feel is information, and presence is how you learn to hear it without fear.

Your feelings are not the problem. They are the message.
