Yesterday I woke with nerves and apprehension as I started on a new journey;
Massage Therapist at Central Coast Sports College.
I am humbled to have this position and excited for the future to work with student athletes, staff and families.
I’ll still have my little clinic at home but this is an opportunity I am so grateful for.
The other thing I’m grateful for is the support from my crew here at 38 Grevillia!!!!!
Soph came bounding up to me proud as punch in front of all her peers to make sure my first day was going ok and then Brad came home with these beautiful flowers from him and the kids just to let them know I have their full support…..

Another morning with a tap on my shoulder and a little voice saying Mum wake up can we go to Banjos…..so here we are. Mornings at Banjos = Alexis up and dressed, breakfast had and smiles. Not a bad way to start the day!

To My Dear Clients,

I know that current events are creating concern in the community and I just wanted to update you on the hygeine precautions I am taking at my clinic to protect you and your family.

** Most importantly I am asking clients with cold or flu symptoms to reschedule until they have recovered and of course observe 14 days of self isolation if returning from overseas. **

I am trained in infection control and am closely monitoring the situation.

On a happier note if you are working from home it might be a good time to get a treatment scheduled to help ensure you can keep working productively.

HYGEINE PRECAUTIONS

I am open and have procedures in place to manage risks to keep our community and my clients healthy and safe. I will continue to respond to current global health challenge and I am taking regular advice from WHO and the Australian Department of Health.

I have in place procedures to protect both you and my clinic:

These include:
* Regularly cleaning surfaces, door handles and disinfecting.
* Washing my hands with soap and water regularly.
* Linen is changed after every client as it always has been.

I am still open for business. It is safe to have massage and let’s face it with the anxiety this is causing a massage is just what is required!
Within my clinic I am taking all steps with regards to hygiene. Should anything change I will let you all know. Stay well and look after each other.

I am open and treating clients as I normally would.
Following guidelines from my association regarding WHS and closely monitoring the situation. If anything should change I will contact my clients.

My holiday with my little family cruising home from Singapore is nearly over.....a couple more days of relaxing then I’ll be home and back into massaging. If you would like an appointment before Christmas or would like to surprise someone with a voucher send me a message.......
